Cancellation policy: if for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, it must be done before 48 hours. A non-refundable fee will be taken for any cancellation of appointments less than 48 hours which will be 50% of your scheduled appt. If you need to re-schedule, please adhere to the 48 hour timeline! No Show Policy: A no show is considered being 15 minutes late for your appointment without notifying me and or not showing up at all and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Text is the best way to get to me the fastest, so please text 440-387-7475. If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair appointment, you have 72 hours (3 days) to notify me. After 72 hours, any modifications will be at the client’s expense. New Clients: I may require a $50 non-refundable retainer upon booking that can be applied to your service balance on the day of your appointment for any large bookings.
